Rental Fees and Rooms: $100/hr store hours          $125/hr after hours

**Must reserve room at least one month prior to date of the event.**

  • Banquet Room (Fits up to 100 people)
  • Conference Room (Fits 10-12 people)
  • Stubbe (Fits 40-60 people) (after hours only)

Store Hours: Tues-Thurs 9AM-5PM

Sat 9AM-7PM

***Call for holiday hours starting in late November***

Wine Tastings:  $15 per person for 5 tastes.  Includes a cheese and cracker tray and a souvenir glass.

Catering Options

Food served at events must be purchased through a Meier’s approved vendor.  Call for more details.

  • Desserts (cakes, cookies, pies) and snacks are allowed to be provided by guests.

Event Includes:

  • Table Covering (Black linen tablecloths)
  • A non-alcoholic beverage upon request (coffee or Meier’s Sparkling Juice/punch)
  • Set-up/Tear-down

Wine Tasting and Events – Important Details:   (To be reviewed with all event hosts.)

*         Only Meier’s wine/juice based beverages may be served. No BYOB.

*        No walking tour. In-room & video presentation only.

*         $15.00 charge per person – includes five wine samples (approximately 2 oz each) and cheese/crackers.

*        No changes to service/tasting menu 48 hours prior to event.

*         Deposit is non-refundable once at confirmation date (3 weeks before event).

*         Guests must provide identification with proof of age. Event host will not serve guests under 21 years of age.

*         Confirm event/room layout/diagram and site visit.

*         Contact information for a cab/taxi service is available at our retail store desk.

*         Events may be photographed for promotional purposes and guests’ image may be used on public forums.
